  • 2 tablespoon hung curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 slices bread slices
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  • salt as required
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon tandoori masala

How to make Tandoori Chicken Sandwich

  • Step 1 Prepare marinadeIn a bowl, mix together hung curd, salt, pepper, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, tandoori masala and garam masala. Prepare a thick puree. Add chicken, coat it well and let it sit aside for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2 Grill the chickenHeat a grilling pan, add butter and grill the marinated chicken breasts until golden from both sides. After the chicken is grilled, cut into small pieces and keep them aside.
  • Step 3 Make the sandwichApply mayonnaise on both the slices. Spread the chopped onions, coriander leaves and tomatoes along with pieces of chicken on one slice. Cover the bread slice with another bread slice to form a sandwich. Grill the sandwich using some butter.
  • Step 4 Ready to be servedAfter grilling the sandwich from both the sides well, serve it with tandoori sauce or green mint chutney.
Tips
  1. You can use tandoori sauce, barbeque sauce or chipotle sauce for those smoky flavours.
  2. Use whole wheat bread or multigrain bread to keep it healthy.

  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 400 gm beef pieces
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup green pea split
  • 5 medium tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 pinches black pepper
  • 3 medium potato
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

How to make Keema Aloo

  • Step 1For making this lunch recipe, heat olive oil in a large wok over medium-high flame.
  • Step 2Add chopped onion and cook until soft and golden brown.
  • Step 3Now add beef, garlic, ginger and cilantro into the wok. Stir well until beef is browned and crumbly.
  • Step 4Reduce heat to medium-low. And add coriander, salt, cumin, pepper and turmeric. Mix gently.
  • Step 5Add tomatoes and potatoes, cover the wok and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  • Step 6Add little water and mix green peas into dish. Cook until sauce has slightly thickened and flavors have blended.
  • Step 7Mix garam masala and cook for next 5 minutes.
  • Step 8Serve hot.
